Each charter comes with a skilled crew, necessary safety equipment, fuel, and basic beverages. Offerings vary based on the type of service — for instance, sunset outings might feature gourmet appetizers while business charters provide facilities for meetings and specialized catering.

To secure your desired date, we advise booking 2–3 weeks in advance, and during our busy season, which runs from May through September, we suggest scheduling 4–6 weeks prior. This timeframe allows for the planning of corporate gatherings or private parties with more customization.

Our paramount concern is safety. In the event that our captain deems the weather unsuitable, we will propose an alternative date for your excursion or issue a complete refund. We keep a close watch on meteorological reports and will reach out at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure if the forecast is dubious.

Guests are welcome to bring personal food items and beverages aboard. In addition, we offer outstanding catering services with customized menu options. Note that for safety, glass containers are forbidden aboard.

We aim to facilitate a comfortable experience for all of our guests. Certain ships in our fleet are designed with enhanced accessibility features. We ask that you inform us about any specific needs when making your reservation, so we can suggest the most appropriate vessel and prepare any special accommodations.

If a cancellation is made more than 72 hours before departure, a full refund is issued. Those cancelled within 24–72 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to departure are not eligible for a refund, save for instances involving adverse weather or mechanical problems on our end.
